The hotel boasts an exceptional location at the intersection of Via Augusta and Diagonal Avenue, near the Passeig de Gracia, in the very heart of Barcelona's shopping and financial centre.

You can visit many of Barcelona's biggest attractions on foot from the hotel, including: Plaça de Catalunya, Las Ramblas, Casa Milà, and the Sagrada Familia, amongst others. The excellent access to public transport ensures fast connections with the rest of the city.

The hotel beds were spotless as was the bathroom. The staff were very
helpful. The hotel is in a very nice area and quite close to Metro

The carpets in the bedrooms could do with a shampoo. They were not dirty
but had a few spots here and there - this due to previous inconsiderate
clients no doubt. My view is that one should treat a place like you
would treat your own home.

The hotel was lovely - close proximity to Las Ramblas and the rooms (and bathroom) were really good sized and clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Room service said it closed at 11pm, yet when we tried ordering at 10.20pm we were told it has finished.

First night room with bad smell and without transparent window. Other
nights a better room. Could feel the metro passing underground.

Small Room compared to expectations, Very bad internet connexion "WI-FI, no way to be connected from our room, we had to go down to the reception to have a signal

it was very near to the center of the city, very clean and the services are great.

Location is just perfect, relaxed street 5 minutes walk away from the crowd. Great public transportation all around (bus, subway and train). Room and bathroom were big with good overall decoration.

Air conditioning was as noisy as Las Ramblas, you had to turn it off to sleep properly. TV allways turned on on maximum volume like an alarm, and several channels (ex: Eurosport) had very poor qualitity. The carpet in the room was quite used and had stains and burns, specially around the mini bar. The password the staff gave me for wirelless net was incorrect. Breakfast not included/expensive

It was too hot in the room, air condition could not cool it. Not easy to use parking,not so many free parking spaces in neaberhood. Room coud be a bit biger for that money.

Good location, not too far out of the centre but very quite. Room always very clean and tidy.

The price was brilliant - €210 each for 7 nights in a really nice hotel.
The cleaner was really nice and did a great job. The location is also
really good as well.

The Wi-fi was extremely intermittent and would go off for hours at a
time. It would go like this the entire week: connected for between 1-2
minutes then for between 5 minutes and 8 hours would be unable to
connect. This was really annoying when you were trying to find some
information about restaurants, the weather etc.

Good location, comfortable room, quick check in and out. 4 star hotel for a 2 star price.

No option given as to type of room, and we were allocated a smoking room. However it was well air conditioned so not too much of a problem.

Proximity to the main parts of Barcelona

TV reception was not good for the only 2 english channels - CNN & MTV. Also no ironing facilities on the room.
