Location of hotel and comfort of room. Very friendly staff. Large nice
beds. Clean bathroom. Refrigerator in room. Family-Room available.

Furniture needs updating. That's it. W/young children you need space and
more space. This one has it.

While booking the room it was mentioned on your site that we will get " This offer includes: 2 Buffet Breakfast Includes a welcome cocktail in our bar A Welcoming Bottle of Cava and Bonbons in the room. 2 FREE Entrance to Great Barcelona Casino Book now and save !!! " We did not get any thing except the normal breakfast.

Beds very comfortable.

Room have obviously recently been updated however bathrooms (whilst clean) could perhaps do with a facelift.

Got upgraded for free to an apartment suite, which was very nice. Staff was very helpful and polite, all spoke good english.

Sink and shower drains were clogged.

The location of the hotel is perfect!

We only stayed for one night. The standard of the hotel barely lives up to the 4 stars. The room we had (a junior suite) was quite worn down and we didn't have hot water. However, we got a significant reduction when checking out.

We were especially pleased with the location of the hotel as well as service, , cleanliness, the large size of the double bedroom with two twin beds, nice size clean bathroom with excellent shower and excellent breakfast for 12.00 Euros. Overall we really feel that we got great value for our money.

The double room with one double bed where a friends stayed was very small for a couple compared with the double room with two twin beds. My husband and I prefered the double room with two twin beds.

Hospitality of the staff and buffet style breakfast

There's not any particular thing I didn't like at this hotel. However I prefer the safety box that is functioned by means of passward rather than a conventional key that requrires a deposist of euro 20.00.

the same front desk staff have been there for over 20 years, through many changes of ownership etc, so they know me even though I only stay once every 2-3 years.

Excellent location directly in the centre. Rich choice for the breakfast. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful in every way. Hotel had a nice lobby where you could meet people or sit with them in a bar.

The single room I had overlooked a deserted bulding which was just about 2 metres far from my window, so there was not too much light in my room. Although having a nice and big bathroom, the single room itself was very small for the 4-star hotel.
