Featuring PCs and Wi-Fi connection in all rooms, this beautiful boutique hotel is located in the centre of Madrid.

The building has been fully refurbished into a modern hotel and enjoys a very central location by the main street Gran Vía and the famous Puerta del Sol square. The area offers an array of typical tapas bars. A large parking can be found in the popular Plaza del Carmen, where the hotel is located.

As a guest staying at the hotel, you will benefit from special discounts in the restaurant next door (please contact the hotel for further information). Other exclusive services on offer are luggage storage room, a number of rooms equipped with hydromassage showers and sauna as well as a jacuzzi (under request and subject to availability) and loft-style rooms.

Free coffee is available from the reception desk every day, from 12:00 to 22:00.

Location of the hotel is excellent

Generally we were not happy with this hotel - eg. the first Hi Tech hotel that did not even leave glasses in the room for drinking water, No Enlgish speaking channels execpt the news channel. to be fair to the hotel my answer to the next question will not be No but rather reluctant.

The internet is a big plus.

The air conditioning didn't work in any of the four rooms we had booked for the first two nights.And when we ate breakfast in their basement and due to the lack of airconditioning it was like eating in a sauna.Other guests were experiencing the same problem.when we asked desk staff to book taxis to the airport they said they were unable to,yet the staff from Petit Palace could help us ?!?

Nice design, very functional.

Coffee machine in the lobby must be available 24 hrs. Silly to shut it
down in the morning in the hope to sell more coffee in the breakfast
room. This is disrespectful of the busy traveler.

Perfect position. Modern and nice design.

The room was extremely small (shamefully small). It looked to be in train wagon lit!!! There wasn't even the space to put down the suitcase!

We were stuck in the lift for half an hour the first evening. The staff tried to send us to a different hotel when we arrived. Requests we m ade were not taken up. Air conditioning did not work

central location, modernized rooms

no A/C or fan in the rooftop room, whenever there was a problem the staff did not budge a finger to suggest a solution. The Petit Palace hotels are ok and new but each time I stay in one whether in Barcelona or Madrid, the room will have a problem and staff will not be very helpful.

very central, friendly staff, free wifi, good value for money incl breakfast buffet

can be noisy at night (nightclub is very close), top floor rooms have very low ceilings and tiny windows (can feel claustrophobic & risk to bump ones head), plaza del carmen has been used as site office for construction site for last 2 years (accord to hotel staff) and no end in sight, thus the lovely outdoor restaurant as displayed on website and hotel brochure is not quite as lovely
