Location of the hotel is excellent Generally we were not happy with this hotel - eg. the first Hi Tech hotel that did not even leave glasses in the room for drinking water, No Enlgish speaking channels execpt the news channel. to be fair to the hotel my answer to the next question will not be No but rather reluctant. |

The internet is a big plus. The air conditioning didn't work in any of the four rooms we had booked for the first two nights.And when we ate breakfast in their basement and due to the lack of airconditioning it was like eating in a sauna.Other guests were experiencing the same problem.when we asked desk staff to book taxis to the airport they said they were unable to,yet the staff from Petit Palace could help us ?!? |

Perfect position. Modern and nice design. The room was extremely small (shamefully small). It looked to be in train wagon lit!!! There wasn't even the space to put down the suitcase! |

central location, modernized rooms no A/C or fan in the rooftop room, whenever there was a problem the staff did not budge a finger to suggest a solution. The Petit Palace hotels are ok and new but each time I stay in one whether in Barcelona or Madrid, the room will have a problem and staff will not be very helpful. |

very central, friendly staff, free wifi, good value for money incl breakfast buffet can be noisy at night (nightclub is very close), top floor rooms have very low ceilings and tiny windows (can feel claustrophobic & risk to bump ones head), plaza del carmen has been used as site office for construction site for last 2 years (accord to hotel staff) and no end in sight, thus the lovely outdoor restaurant as displayed on website and hotel brochure is not quite as lovely |
