Span henkilökunta ja koko henkilökunta hyvää. Club-kerroksen kiharatukkainen nainen erittäin ystävällinen ja hyvä! Samoin portierit ja IQ-nightclubin tarjoilijat sekä ravintolapäällikkö. IQ paras ravintola ja palvelu koko alueella! Saksalaisen ravintolan listaa voisi hiukan laajentaa. |

we have stayed before in a standard room but the service and facilities of the club rooms are fantastic. The VIP lounge was wonderful and the massage included in the offer was a great bonus |

It was excellent during our stay(as ''club'' registration)and the most advantage was that we could use the internet access thorough our own pc devise. It would be much better if the breakfast meals at the club room could be much selective (the selection of the meal were a bit poor, only bread, ham, and cheese.. Only for adults were enough, but with younger children a bit difficult to select...) |

Loved that the staff were willing to assist in any way they could. We had a lovely girl who recommended other restaurants to try in Barcelona, which were just fab. The beds and pillows were soooo comfy. Often in hotels you will get pillows that are so hard that you end up sleeping without. No complaints here though. |

The Staff was very friendly and helpful starting with the front desk upon check in. Our transatlantic flight arrived a couple of hours earlier than the standard check in time but the front desk was very accomodating and allowed us to check in early. The Concierges picked excellent restaurants and even made the reservations for us.. Air Conditioning was kind of weak, and they had a lot of trouble with the internet connection due to excessive demand, but they handled the problem very professionally and gave me full credit for the internet charge. |

Large, clean room walking distance to the Metro station and a large department store with a Supermarket. The use of the small indoor pool was an extra charge. |
