Room information

All our rooms feature avant garde decoration and are equipped with state-of-the-art technology: adjustable lighting, free internet access, mini bar, safe and fully equipped bathrooms. The parquet floors and special pillows guarantee perfect hygienic conditions and avoid allergic reactions. In our hotel there is no such thing as awful views to inner backyards. Request a room with swimming pool views if you need complete quietness, or a room with views over Avenida Icaria if you look for a big space. We also have rooms with private terraces, in case you want to have a private open air space.

Area information

The hotel is located very close to the Port Olimpic and the beaches. Only 20 minutes away from the Born quarter where you will find several restaurants and leisure opportunities. Barrio Gótico is only 2 metro stops away. The area where the hotel is located is very safe at any time.

geographic situation was perfect for me. near puerto olympico and the highway.

The isolation of the room is really catasprophic. Matress and especially pillows are too hard and there was no extra pillow available.

The breakfirst buffee was great. I had a room to the swimming pool which was quite silent. The room was nicely furnished and cleen, modern TV with European stations. Close to beach and Olympic village.

Bed was a bit too hard, room quite small, bathroom under water after shower. Location was a bit far from metro and city centre.

the hotel was of a high standard, clean &efficient, with friendly staff

Breakfast was not included in the room rate and was, at €16 per person per day, expensive and did not represent good value for money.

Accurate description on your website. Excellent breakfast included in booking rate. Reception extremely helpful. Comfortable.

Minor points- Not all spa facilitilies were available. Bathroom door did not close easily. Very big and did not feel personal. Parking and breakfast usually extra.

The people at Reception were welcoming, and our reservation was in order. We were upgraded to an business suite, which was nice. Also, check out was smooth. In addition, one of the staff in the reception allowed us to use his computer a couple of evenings, since the one in our room was not working.

There were several things that did not work in our room: the toilet did not flush properly and the computer was not operable. We tried unsuccessfully to have someone fix these items, and we were not given any explanation or apology for the problem. The bathroom bowl--though very modern--was not designed extremely well, since the water kept spilling out of the basin.
