The Location is really perfect.walking distance to everywhere.very good view on the 9th floor teras.The rooms are clean and modern designed.not much noise even it is exactly in the centre of the city.Friendly staff! if we come again to Madrid we will choose the same hotel,this is for sure!! TV channels! all of them are spanish except cnn int! we stayed 4 nights so it was boring to watch tv ! no double bed in the room!(2 single beds) |

During our stay the staff did their best to please us. The air-conditioner and the tv in the room did not work. However, they replaced our room to the grand suit without any extra charge. The staff was not able to speak English in the room service. It took us ages to give even a basic order. |

Location was excellent and the room was comfortable and clean Its was very disappointing that we had to pay to use the spa facilities. I have stayed in numerous hotels around the world and never had to pay for this. Also it would have been nice to have had some more english speaking channels on the television |

The room;s location also security.We felt very safe i was told on check out'That i looked at 2 movie,s.wich was totaly unture.As tv was broken for two day,s.however i refused to pay the 24 euro on my bill. |

The position in the city centre. The isolation was good, you could not hear the traffic although the hotel is on the very traffic Gran Via. The hotel staff was unable to help us about everything we asked - bus, train, metro, distances... The door of the bathroom could not be opened from inside; hopefully I was not alone in the room! The hotel is too dark and the room lights are also very taper. It was very dark! |
