Service, location, room decorations, cosmetics supplied As throughout Europe, the showers only had 1/2 doors and water leaked onto the floor. Not big problem but annoying. Nothing new in Europe |

it was excellent as it was really in the city proper. we like it very much Only when we ask them to give us a wake up call for our departure but not done. But the personnel staff are really very good. |

hotel was in good location for underground. view from the terrace on 11th floor. staff very helpful and english speaking coffee and tea in room would have been nice |
