Otel şehir merkezindeydi ve çok elverişli konumlanmıştı.Bunun yanısıra 4 yıldızı komforuyla hakediyordu. Resepsiyon hizmetleri hiç te iyi değildi. Müşteriyi hemen başlarından savıyorlardı. Bunun yanısıra TV paralı idi ve bu belirtilmemişti. Sabah zamanında bir çay istedik ama sabah servisinde çay olmadığını belirtmeleri ise mantığa aykırıydı. |

Location was v central, fun albeit dated decor. Noise - should make it clear that the hotel is located in v busy street & if you have room facing outwards onto street, there's no way you will sleep - all night noise from cars caught in congestion (this is the old town) & clubs/bars all around so drinking & noise unitl 3-4am & then clearing/street cleaning at 6am. The sound-proofing was terrible! |

The room is very clean, spacious enough and well designed. The hotel is general looks very good, trendy and is quite clean. The staff could be friendlier. The lunch and dinner menu at the restaurant was exactly the same, very overpriced, and the quality of the food was despicable. By far, the worst restaurant I ever ate in during my stay, however the breakfast was lovely with a lot of choice. Apart from the restaurant, I think the hotel was very nice |
