The suite we had was clean and spacious. Despite being close to Waterloo Station (nice view if you're a railfan) there's no sound coming from the outside. It's a good location, walking distance from the Big Ben. Tube is close by as well.

- The elevators don't have the capability to deal with the Sunday morning rush. The only way to leave a midlevel floor is to first take an elevator up, then go down as all the elevators coming down from higher floors are already full. - Check in staff was very pushy to try to upgrade us to a more expensive suite.

I did not like this hotel at all

Absolutely, the room was uncomfortable and the bed was so hard we cul dnot sleep. My family stayed at your hotel too and the first night the air-condintoner kept everyone awake all night long. Finally, at 400 a.m. they came up to the room and shut it off. The steak was so tough I could not eat it. We asked for some whole wheat rolls and the waiter never came back with them.

new hotel, good location, big, comfortable and very clean room with excellent view at Big Ben and London Eye (extras: ironing board, microwave oven, teapot etc.)

very bad concierge service - really lazy and unpolite, not helpful at all

The contemporary decor of the rooms and the warm welcome from the staff.

The breakfast staff could have been more attentive rather than us having to ask for things, i.e. tea and coffee, toast. We did bring this to the attention of the restaurant Manager who apologised and escalated this to the hotel Manager who put the matter right and thanked us for raising this issue.

Kieran was fantastic, so were the doormen outstanding

The bathroom things were too high for small disabled people to reach and the toilet roll holder is totally incovenient! while I loved the chattiness of the personnel in the bar, there seemed to be a lot of staff at the bar and few clearning tables. The bar is also very draughty.

made use of facilities and used it as a great stop and base for a nice weekend in London.

There was no flexibility, we arrived 15 minutes after dinner and they could not do anything for us.
